I do not usually leave reviews, unless someone was exceptionally good (or bad). Anthony was definitely exceptionally great. We were facing at a move across the Pacific Ocean, (from Hawaii to Tucson) during the worst possible time anyone could possibly pick up and move: during a global pandemic. We could not fly from Hawaii to Tucson to house hunt, as everyone was on lockdown during quarantine, and that left us with little choice but to look online at homes and hope for the best. As I saved homes, Zillow connected us to Anthony Body... and we could not have been more blessed, to be honest. It's stressful enough purchasing your future home in the best of times; when you are immersed in global chaos and you must navigate a family move during quarantine and purchase site-unseen, it's enough to lose more than a little sleep! Luckily for us, Anthony made our purchase as painless as possible and guided us every step of the way. He took our list of homes and visited each and every one, and did video walk-throughs with us and was honest and forthcoming about every home he showed us. If there were any questions about a specific area or school district that he was not totally sure about, he never hesitated to let me know that he wasn't sure, but would check with someone who did know, then follow up with me- and he always followed up with the answer. We finally arrived, and much to our surprise, the home was even *better* than pictures could convey, and we are beyond happy with our wonderful new home. We definitely have Anthony to thank for that! Everything he told us was spot-on about this home, and we couldn't have found this gem and navigated the purchase without Anthony's tireless efforts. He truly made buying our home the easiest part of the most complicated move we've ever had!

Where should I begin? Anthony was referred to me. He actually helped my parents find their home here in Oro Valley. Anthony was honestly a blessing. My husband and I are first time home buyers and I didn't know what to expect. We were born and raised in the SF Bay Area and needed a change. Anthony was great! He worked so close with us and always always made sure we were taken care of. I did run across a few times where certain people were not as prompt as him, all I had to do was call him, email or tex him and within that hour he would have answers. In the end he helped us find our dream home. I think what made this whole thing even more complicated was that right when we closed on our home, COVID-19 hit the world and Anthony was awaiting his first child. Anthony made buying our first home an enjoyable experience! My wife and I had a couple forgettable encounters with realtors in the past but Anthony's professionalism, passion, knowledge, and courtesy redefined what home buying could be. Being detailed oriented myself, Anthony's thorough approach to each property we viewed put me at ease and his willingness to answer my texts/calls throughout the day ( or night, sorry Anthony) demonstrates his desire to go above and beyond for his clients. Even when a seller canceled their agreement and failed to provide honest information regarding aspects of the home, it was Anthony that revealed the misinformation and helped us avoid what would surely have been a financial disaster had the deal gone through. My wife and I absolutely love our home and the quite street its nestled on and we cant thank Anthony enough for helping us to secure it.
