Ritiek is an absolute pleasure to have as a parter, resource, and guide on the home buying journey. We were very anxious and nervous going into the process as it was our first time, but the moment we met Ritiek it all fell away. She is very welcoming, transparent, and her communication was phenomenal. I don't recall a moment in the process in which we didn't get an almost immediate response from her. We of course had plenty of questions and concerns throughout the buying process, but Ritiek always made sure to guide us to what was best for us and helped put our minds at ease. We also really appreciated that she took care of things quickly. Whether it was getting an inspection, going down to the city office, or getting a response from the seller, it was always completed before the day was over.
