Anthony far exceeded my expectations. From the first initial time we met, through ALL of the homes we went to view together ( a total of over 10 ), he was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful every step of the way. He helped me find my first home, and even suggested areas with good schools as he knew that was a priority for me. If it wasn't for Anthony and his expertise, there is no way I would be where I am at today. From the beginning to the end of buying our home at Saddlebrook Ranch, Judi and Annmarie made the process as easy and as enjoyable as this potentially stressful task could be. Remarkably quick responses to all of our emails, texts and calls. Not everyone gives this kind of customer service. They kept us informed on what was happening through out the entire purchase period. We became friends quickly and felt they really cared about us. The icing on the cake was when the house buying was complete. Judi called to tell Jeri (my wife) that the house would be cleaned before our arrival. "So she could plan on moving right into her new home". Their gift to us! We've bought and/or sold houses three times with Jennifer. We went through several agents prior to meeting her. We were left frustrated by their wanting just quick sales. It seemed to be all about them rather than us as a client. Jennifer is different. What's great about her? We work so the standard 9-5 agent availability doesn't work for us. Jen was flexible with her schedule. She even showed us houses at 7am! She is knowledgeable about the market and detail oriented. She made some great suggestions on how to go about the offer/sales process. She did her research and went with logic rather than going for a quick commission. She also coordinated the inspections and other activities that we needed. We highly recommend her. She is one in a million.

Tracy was great to work with. She takes time to learn your personal preferences when selecting a new home. During the sale of my home she was considerate and understood my personal needs. I have animals and she took that I to consideration when home was being shown. Tracy was responsive and helpful in finding reasonable contractors to take care of last minute details to prepare the house for sale. She provided market insight regarding timing to put on the market. The first offering on the market was due to my need to move to a new house. It was not the best time, so she found renters to bridge the gap so I was not fully exposed to two mortgages. The second time we put the house on the market it sold in the first weekend. In finalizing the sale she provided updates on the buyers financing which delayed closing somewhat but we did close, although a little later than planned. I recommended Tracy to my son who also had to sell his house and she provided the same service to him on a much smaller house. After he finished implementing her recommendations his house sold on the first offering. The market was such that the offer was above asking price. I recommend Tracy as a helpful and capable agent.
