Karin Phillips started sending us information before we moved across the country. She even created spreadsheets sharing information such as sunside facing backyard, and other important information not included in the listing. She was very available, and helped us locate an amazing home within 2 weeks of arriving in Tucson/Oro Valley. We were in the three escrows at the same time. Tow we’re rather tedious with many things wrong all the way up until closing. Judi and Ann Marie were awesome. Signed the offer put them I’m touch with our lender and with not even one more question about anything the deal was done and we were ready to sign a week early.
