Taylor was such a joy to work with. From our first meeting until closing, she navigated us through a highly competitive market and gave us sound advice and encouragement. She worked tirelessly with us to get our house in tip-top shape for showings, made sure our listing was prominently advertised, and her team took amazing photos. We had numerous showings and she sold our house very quickly. From the moment I met her, I trusted her and knew she was the agent for us. Taylor is knowledgeable about the market and really does her research. She came prepared with listings in our area and encouraged us to list our home for quite a bit more than we ever thought we’d get for it. And guess what- we sold it for that price. While selling a house can be very stressful, I felt I was in good hands with Taylor. She was always available for questions, talked us off the ledge when we needed it, and looked out for our interests. She is a wonderful communicator and broke down complicated processes so we could understand them. She also respected our decisions and treated our home like her own.
