Looking for a home was a months long, extremely stressful process. Heather and Shane made it a much more positive and fun experience. Not only are they extremely professional and knowledgable, they have the best connections for loans, inspections, settlement, everything you might need in the home buying process. They are also extremely entertaining. They could seriously have their own show on HGTV. I hope I don't have to buy a new home any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call.

Heather knows York County, and more importantly gets to know you and your needs and wants. She worked diligently to find a house that suited me, and in the price range that worked for me. She was with me every step of the way. This was my first time buying a house on my own, and doing it from a different state, but she FaceTimed me from properties I was interested in until we found the one in the best location for me. She made the process easy and understandable — and now I’m home at last! Heather is all around amazing.

I have such confidence in Heather as a realtor I wouldn’t think of using someone else. Heather found us our dream home. Once we were under contract it was time to get our existing home on the market. Within four days, professional pictures were taken, the listing written and our home was on the market. We had numerous showings and offers. Our home was under contract within three days. All over the New Years Eve weekend. Heather really knows the ins and outs of the real estate business.
