It was great having Jenny in our corner!

Our experience working with Jenny was phenomenal. When we decided to sell our home, we were very apprehensive, as our last home-selling experience with a different realtor was very long and aversive. This was not at all the case with Jenny. In our initial meeting, Jenny focused on how she wanted to market our home and emphasized the importance of staging. While we agreed, I don't think we realized just what a difference it would make in the selling process. We had a viewing within 24 hours of our home going on the market and an offer the same day. I wouldn't expect this to be the case in all situations, but we were elated and accepted. Throughout the selling process, Jenny was transparent with us, communicated frequently, and outlined all avenues when we had some wrenches thrown in our plans. She always advocated for us as the sellers and we were able to close the deal in record time in order to move on to our next adventure. Seeing how quickly we were able to sell our home, several neighbors approached us and expressed interest in selling their homes as well. Without hesitation, we shared Jenny's information with them. We are optimistic that if they move forward with Jenny, they will also have a great selling experience.
