Bonnie was really patient with us looking for our forever home! The market was a crazy adventure but she knew how to calm me at sometimes. Never we had to wait days before having a showing, she was on top of it even when we were almost giving up not looking at house. She would text us to ask "have you seen that one!"" She is in top of what you are looking for. We would still be looking if that was not for Bonnie, I recommend and will recommend this germ to anyone who is looking not only to find a house, but a home. I had a 200 plus year old house that we had already done but was still rough. It was not the normal ranch it was 5 bedrooms 2 baths and a 100 year old barn that was falling down. It was in good shape but it was not you're standard way sell, It required special direction andstaging . Bonnie did a great job bringing in a buyer near the purchase price. She was full service providing everything from listing to closing. I own 17 houses and know realtors. Bonnie is good.
