Meet Alex Hoffmann — Your #HomeGirl Real estate is personal. It’s where you cook Sunday dinners, raise kids, build memories — and I never forget that. I’m Alex Hoffmann, and together with my husband Costin, we are Home with the Hoffmanns — a husband-and-wife team rooted right here in the Twin Lakes area, doing what we love, for the place we love. I’m a lifelong Ozarks girl (with one brief, cold detour through North Dakota — never again). Costin and I both chose to plant our roots here, raise our family here, and build our business here. When we say we know this area, we mean it personally — not just professionally. We both do this fully — buying, selling, showing up for clients from first call to closing day. I bring a background in Interior Design and a marketing-forward mindset; Costin brings a blue collar work ethic and a practical, boots-on-the-ground perspective that clients trust immediately. Different strengths, same standard, and one shared commitment to doing right by the people we work with. Behind the scenes, Costin also runs all things tech — camera, editing, the whole production. I’m the one on screen; he makes it look good. Together we’re a full creative operation, and that’s something most agents just can’t match. When I’m not in work mode, I’m a creative through and through. Self-taught quilter, former quilting business owner, and someone who genuinely gets excited about a home’s potential. About Morgan
Born and raised in Mountain Home, I returned to the Twin Lakes area in 2018 to raise my daughter and be closer to my family. I graduated from Mountain Home High School in 2001 and the University of Arkansas in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. After 15 years of relocating across the country for work several times, I settled in the Denver area. In 2017, I transitioned from my engineering role in the oil and gas industry to real estate. To better serve my clients and community, I obtained my broker license in 2023 and established my own firm in February 2024. My husband, Eldon, and I have three children – Caitlyn (Brandon), Corbin (Bailey), and Mackenzie – and three grandchildren, Jacob, Emery and Carter. In our free time, we enjoy our time on the lake with our family, playing golf, unwinding at the family farm, or cruising in our vintage vehicles. Currently, we own a 1928 Model A and are refurbishing a 1988 Chevrolet 1500.
