First let me say that we are very picky buyers...

First let me say that we are very picky buyers. We looked at dozens of homes over a one year period and when we saw the right home hit the market, Martha was on it. She scheduled the showing, helped us craft a strong offer, and then guided through the entire purchased process once the offer was accepted. She was always prompt in responding to our requests/questions and most of all handled herself in a very professional manner. She was recommended to us by our daughter and son-in-law who worked with her on the purchase of their first home and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

This is our 2nd time using Martha for our Real Estate needs. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Her marketing material's are polished and professional. She puts the extra touches into everything she does, including simple touches like providing candy for the potential buyers. Martha guided us through every step of the selling and buying process.
