I’m a first time homebuyer and Marian guided me through the whole process! She was always willing to explain how things work and didn’t hesitate to reach out for answers. She was very detailed during my walkthrough, and was emailing and calling people when we had questions during my remote closing. She continued to email, text, and call people after my closing when I hadn’t received copies of my signed contract yet (because I closed remotely and title sent the paperwork to the wrong address). She’s very personable and you can tell she cares about people and not just a sale! Being a first time homebuyer she asked a lot of questions when we were viewing homes that I didn’t even think to ask, I’m definitely glad I had her by my side for this process.

Natasha Ares at Remax Signature, was an AMAZING connection that my wife and I made. We wanted to get our house on the market and found out from the start that it was possible to do it yourself, but there was some many small details that we overlooked that she showed us, that made ALL the difference.
