Regardless of the state of the market, Susan approached the sale of our home with the upmost detail. The list date and open house were planned ahead and professional pictures with an amazing photographer were done. Mike sold my house years ago in Boca and got us top dollar in a rough market. So when I need help selling my aunts condo, I turned to him. First, he knew the market inside and out. Second, we had great communication. Always there when I needed him. Third, he was patient. He took the time to go over everything with my aunt (who is 80) and never lost his smile.
