Helped us by our forever home!
Lisa made the home buying process simple! We were looking for our forever home and she helped us find what we could get on our budget. She showed us both move in ready home, and homes we could renovate. Lisa guided us when submitting offers in this highly competitive market, but never pressured us. Ultimately she helped us find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood to fix up and make our own. The most authentic realtor who delivers every time!
Lisa Camard is honest, clear, direct and a creative problem solver that knows how to accomplish the desired outcome you need. I have done over 10 real estate transactions with Lisa. I used to dislike realtors in general and now I truly would never use anyone else. Either to sell my home - to buy a home- purchase even commercial properties, lisa has been the person I have used. She treats each deal with passion and she really cares about the outcome. The greatest compliment I could give to lisa is that she tells me what NOT to buy. She points out what’s not good. She doesn’t push or try to sell me something that she feels wouldnt benefit me. She also has so many referrals for mortgage, attorneys, contractors, everything. Each person I’ve used has been people of great down to earth integrity.
