•By chance we looked on Zillow and found our beautiful new home. Karen was the listing agent but we originally called the phone number on Zillow. Thank goodness that agent didn't answer and then we called Karen the listing agent for the property. It was a Sunday afternoon when we first spoke on the phone. Without hesitation she meet us a half and hour later. We tried not to show it but we were hooked !!! Karen was very knowledgeable about the property and had a good relationship with the sellers. Karen explained what we had to do and once we completed the requirements the contract was signed. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything was completed and we feel without Karen things may not have gone so well. You can tell Karen is dedicated to her clients whether the Agent for Seller or Buyer she makes you feel important. No matter what questions I had she always responded promptly and gave us an answer. There are plenty of agents out there to choose from but one with Experience, Dedication and Knowledge is the one you should pick and Karen has all of them plus a great personalty. I'm 100% sure this is our last home but if not I would choose Karen to list my house or help us in buying a house.
