As a licensed appraiser he isn't guessing at a home's value. Because of the conversations I had with Damon about the market and my neighborhood, I made choices regarding improvements that maximized my return in the recent sale of my home. He has also worked with my friends and family and everyone loves him! He went out of his way to help my 23 year old son purchase a home and four years later he is in an excellent financial position and has a completely different financial future.
