I couldn't be more grateful to Deb. I was caught off guard when minutes after requesting my first viewing on Zillow, I got her call...my immediate reaction was that I didn't want to be pushed or rushed into anything. I hadn't even thought as far as getting pre-approved for a loan, but she put me at ease right away. She was genuine, warm, she listened, she guided me through all the initial steps and referred me to great resources. While looking at apartments I felt like she understood "my style" and what I was looking for, and when I found my place, I felt confident in her guidance during the negotiation process. During the entire process, she was nothing but "on it", proactive, super responsive, but also patient, empathetic, candid when I needed her to be, and ultimately an amazing partner. I LOVE my new home, and if Deb hadn't been the first person to call me during those early stages, I'm not so sure I would have stuck with the process as I did and already closed on a place!
