We needed to sell our house to buy another one. He sold our house in less than 2 days!! The entire process of selling and buying took less than 3 months. Honestly, from the start of listing the home to closing on both homes for the selling and buying process it was just under 3 months! Don't let Tyler's young looks fool you, he knows what he's doing! Our house went on the market at one of the slowest times of the year, late November, but we still had showings and a great accepted offer by January. The showings, inspections, repairs to be completed, and communications between buyer and seller were all expertly coordinated by Tyler. I am more than impressed with his ability to get the job done, especially proven as he worked above and beyond expectations through a difficult closing (our fault, not his). I cannot recommend Tyler more highly than the all 5 stars offered in the rating- or I absolutely would!
