I highly recommend Crystal Adams to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Orlando area. We were referred to Crystal through our selling agent, Alex Bracke, in Northern Virginia. Alex certainly connected us with the right person in Crystal Adams. Crystal did an outstanding job helping us search for and locate our new home in Winter Springs. She located the perfect property for us that met all of our needs, including a beautiful screened-in, solar heated in-ground pool in the fenced back yard. The home has everything we need to stay in place for a long time with a grand first floor master suite. There are also three additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a great room upstairs for when the kids and the grandkids come to visit us. Our five year old yellow lab loves the fenced back yard and watch Sammy the squirrel run along the top of the fence that adjoins a very private conservation area behind us. Crystal did an excellent job listening to all of the features we desired in a home and found it on our second day of searching. Crystal was very skillful in negotiating a fair price from the seller that included help with paying most of our closing costs at settlement. We had very specific desire when shopping for a small townhouse. Crystal spent months with us looking at various townhouses and advised on each pro and con for each property. When we finally settled on a place she negotiated a fair sales price and pushed the closing along to meet our tight requirements. We purchased the property under an LLC which caused a bit more confusion in the closing and she walked us through each step. We will certainly ne looking for her services again in the future!

Crystal was amazing! It began with an in-depth consultation. She discussed that our home should reflect what a buyer would want to see. That meant putting away personal items and photos, eliminating clutter etc. Crystal gave us a detailed check list of things to do prior to the actual listing. To some, it may seem like over-kill but I assure you, it is not. Doing the things she asked for and suggested, made a huge difference during the showings. I also should point out the response we got on Zillow views. The view count actually sky rocketed above comparable listings. The listing went live on Thursday and sold on Saturday, with no open houses but numerous viewings. The selling price was actually a bit higher than listing price. I attribute this to Crystal's attention to detail, market knowledge and contacts. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for an agent with professional skills then look no further. Crystal helped me at a time of chaos to sell my house and from the moment I met her she put me at ease, and very confident at the same time. She gave me specific instructions that would help the house sell faster and for a higher price, her expertise of the market and what buyers were looking for was spot on. I always felt that her ideas made sense without being pushy. Once we got to the point of listing the house, she was very communicative when it came to fielding offers. She has sense who is a serious buyer or someone who is likely going to nickel and dime you for every little thing to get the sell price down to the point of a lowball offer. Crystal is very open to ideas about what you want in terms of what is within reason in terms of the listing versus what the market temperature. I felt we priced the house in the perfect zone for a quick sale, and that's exactly what happened. We had multiple offers and had the house sold in less than two weeks. I have nothing but great things to say about Crystal and cannot imagine anyone else that would have an opposing view.
