•I found Mark from the purchase of my first home. He was actually the selling agent on the other side of the table. A couple years later I ended up needing some help with the paperwork and one of the contractors from that sale. My original agent wasn’t very responsive so so I reached out to Mark and he was so helpful that when it came time to sell my home I made sure I hired him on. Mark helped me sell my first home for well over listing as well as purchase my new home that my family will grow old in. That process was tough with the housing market the way it is in 2021. However, Mark was always available for listings or just to chat. He had a great feel for what we were looking for and understood our process. He was also willing to get creative and work his magic when it came time to making our offer stand out. I could not recommend this man more for the job of buying/selling homes. He is also just a great person.
