We originally met her when she was representing a seller of a home we looked at and we were so impressed we asked her to come look at ours and help us sell too! She’s amazing. Knowledgeable. Gets things done and knows who to contact to make those things get done quickly and correctly. Things that most agents would leave you to figure out on your own, like who to come fix some problem found in an inspection, Terra tackled for us! My husband and I remarked many times to each other we had never had a more helpful and responsive agent. I will never buy or sell with anyone else again.
