My experience with Thomas was nothing short of great start to finish! The property Tom sold for me was a condominium that was in probate, I am the personal representative for the estate. Tom was not only familiar with the process of selling a probate property, he was also familiar with the process of selling within the confines of a condominium association. Tom spent his own time and resources to get the property ready to show and also followed up with the association on an upcoming assessment issue. Communication was seamless. In all I would highly recommend Tom and he will be my first call for real estate agent needs going forward.

We hired Laura to sell our house and she was phenomenal. She listed our house higher than we thought it should be and she sold it within days, just below our listing price. Our neighbors couldn’t believe it! Laura staged our house, recommended how to place our furniture and it sold so fast. We were still on vacation when we got an offer. We countered and got our price. Now we had Laura help us buy our next home and she was equally as dedicated and determined as she was when she listed our former home. Laura has excellent insight into the market and she made the entire process on both homes as easy as possible. I can’t say enough about Laura except to say she is the best realtor I have ever worked with and I highly recommend her if you want to sell your home, buy a new home or both!
