Tom knows the local housing market, the neighborhoods, how to work with the local government (permits, etc.) and what will pique the interest of potential buyers. We worked with him long-distance and that didn't make any difference. The level of service and communication were outstanding. My relative's house sold quickly and we were very pleased with the selling price. Tom was very professional with everyone involved in the process and was very helpful in guiding us through every step - and there were some challenges! He successfully resolved all of them. Laura has helped my family several times over the years. The first time was when we moved to the area, we had tried another agent that was just terrible and luckily, we found Laura. My wife had cancer and wanted to live in south FL for the research opportunities. Laura did everything she could to find our dream house and worked with the seller to get us this house. Because of Laura my wife was able to live in the house she desperately wanted for a year before she lost her battle. If it wasn’t for Laura who knows if we would have ever found a home, this was in 2020 when houses were flying off the market. The second time was the sale of our uncle’s home. He signed one of those we buy your house deals and realized that they had cheated him.
