Matt Mauro was our realtor when we were first time homebuyers and we knew when we wanted to sell our house and bu again, we’d definitely be asking Matt to help us out again. This time around, we were more picky and wanting more specific items in the house we were to buy. Matt did a phenomenal job finding homes with most, if not all, of our items needed/wanted. His knowledge of homes and the pros/cons of new construction vs not new construction were things we relied on him for which he did not let us down. His communication was top notch when he was explaining what we needed to do when we put an offer on a house with a contingency of ours selling and was always in contact with advice when other offers came in. He sold our house within nine days of it going on market and we found our perfect home that fits our family.
