Most realtors only want to show you 3 or 4 homes and them move on, placing their wants and schedule above their clients. April is a consumate professional. Her knowledge of the area and homes available is outstanding and her skills as a negotiator to help find the best price and get you through the purchase process is beyond excellent. Most importantly, she takes time to get to know her clients and help them find the right home for them. She is patient even while aggressively hunting for the right home and she is pleasant to work with - and just to be around. April is definitely in the top 1% of all realtors - if you need a realtor, she is the best.
