My name is Charles S. Frizzell, and I am proud to be your dedicated and knowledgeable Realtor at RE/MAX Capital. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY, I moved to North Carolina for high school, where I attended South View High. I then attended Fayetteville State University, earning a B.S. in Health Administration with a concentration in Education. During my college years, I gained valuable experience in retail management, honing my customer service skills and leadership abilities. I served as a commissioned officer in the United States Coast Guard for over six years, where I learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. After being medically retired in February 2019, I continued my and earned an M.A. in Human Health Sciences from American Military University in 2021. In 2023, I obtained my Virginia real estate license and joined the Williamsburg Association of Realtors in the spring of 2024. After working in the Property Management industry for over 13 years, I have decided to branch my love of housing individuals to Real Estate. Customer Service is something that I not only thrive on, it is something that I enjoy tremendously. I am the Mother of a very spunky 9 yr. old daughter that is the center of my world and have been a military spouse for over a decade. I was born in Newport News and have remained in the area for the last 30 years.
