•I chose Barbara because she has been involved in all facets of the the "home business" for many years, and a Realtor for I think 17 of those years. My sales story didn't go smoothly, but Barbara kept it on track. Many factors were against us including the physical layout being more of a "Northern" thing (all upstairs bedrooms, 2 story house), I had tenants moving out of it, and I was 1500 miles away. Barbara looked at what we had and worked with me (and the contractors) to keep things within a tight budget but also refresh the house for new buyers. She oversaw multiple upgrades to make the property more marketable, and even went in on her own schedule and dime and removed carpeting. Due to market climate, we had a tougher run, but the house went to a great couple who were excited about the house from the moment they saw it. "behind for every seat". Barbara and Re/Max by the Bay got the job done and handled the process for me while I did everything I could from afar.
