•I haven't bought property in a long time and to be honest I was worried it would be like buying a new car. Boy was I happy to be wrong. Dealing with Jo Lee was like dealing with someone in my family (the nice family members, lol). She was quick to respond, always on top of every detail, honest and so very pleasant. If she didn't know the answer she was honest about not knowing and she found out the answer. She helped to negotiate a lower than asking price and she even got us a $5k lawnmower for free. She will definitely be a life long friend to myself and my family.
Lily was always friendly and knowledgeable. She explained what was needed and the terminology on the paperwork. She worked well with the buyers also. Lily kept in communication with me about all that was needed with paperwork and showing the property. She was always professional and answered our questions.
