Alan and Linda Sandlin BROKER, ABR, CLHMS, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, RSPS, RE/MAX International Circle of Legends, met at Indiana University where Alan was a Business Major and Linda graduated with Distinction from the School of Education. They “discovered” Marco Island in 1977 and began their real estate business in 1982 with the goal to raise the level of the industry. They are leaders in sales as well as in education and were awarded the State of Florida “Spirit Award” for their “honesty, integrity, resolve and concern for others.” They love boating, birding, bicycling and hiking in the natural wonderland that surrounds Marco Island.

5th Generation native of Manatee county. Born and raised in the real estate business and over 20 years at Re/Max. Over $50 million sold YTD in 2020 #1 agent per MLS for Bradenton area market 2016,2017,2019 & 2020. #1 agent per MLS for luxury sales and waterfront sales. Extreme focus on customer service and results. One of the youngest recipient to be inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Christy was a standout junior player on the Florida Junior Tennis Circuit and went on to play for the NCAA Division I powerhouse Florida State University. Upon Graduation, Christy parlayed the lessons she learned as a junior player into becoming one of the youngest, most successful residential real estate professionals in Florida.

Director Of Operations, Education, & Training With more than 30 years of education and executive director experience, Gina has been immersed in the development, leadership, and training corporate industry throughout South West Florida. Her career prior to joining RE/MAX includes being a CEO and Executive Director for programs in profit and non-profit agencies including the YMCA, Charlotte County Parks and Recreation, Anheuser Busch Wellness and Training division, plus owner of an athletic education training facility for over 20 years. Gina’s path then led into the Real Estate industry over seeing a local Real Estate brokerage along with development & training agents. She has been an educator and speaker at local & national events since 1991. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Master’s in Education plus a Master’s in Business Administration. In addition to her executive career, Gina serves on several local boards throughout community as a volunteer.

As a native of St. Paul, Minnesota, I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Outside of work, I embrace the role of a "soccer and karate" mom to my two children. I also enjoy living the Marco "dream" by spending quality time boating and fishing with my family.
