Noranne is so knowledgeable about the Anna Maria area and the AMI housing market. Her knowledge of the specific neighborhood we were looking at allowed us to talk extensively with the property manager. The initial and subsequent conversations regarding the building structure and property characteristics, with the property manager, really helped us with the confidence in our purchase decision. Noranne was also helpful during the due diligence process and was able to partner with the selling agent to have the seller remove items we did not want. This was one of the easiest and seamless real estate transactions we have had.
