I had a property owned by me and two brothers. We lived in three different states and only I was half a year in Florida. Our property needed several fixes before it could be sold and I wasn’t always able to be on sight. Jo-Lee helped with numerous issues In construction,obtaining necessary items from the condo association and others. We could not have put it on the market without her!Then she sold it quickly. Well where do you start with Jo-Lee? There are so many positive things to say about her! We had engaged several realtors to search for a home for us and had almost given up when ( fortunately ) we stumbled across Jo-Lee. From day one we had confidence in her - her professional but very friendly approach was much appreciated. It didn’t take long for us to become confident with the answers she gave to our sometimes difficult questions.
