I have to say that I have a new respect for what Realtors do, well what Lily did for us anyway. Not only did she guide us through the complicated maze of the listing process she helped us price the home fairly in a wildly fluctuating market which drew immediate attention from potential buyers. She worked tirelessly to sell our home and her local knowledge of Panther Ridge (being a resident) was excellent. She made herself available to us night and day and was always accessible and responsive. In a short period she presented us with multiple offers and when it came time for inspections, suggested repairs, movers, etc... she came with a long list of recommendations of companies that were also timely, professional and as courteous as she is. She also helped us search for rental properties since we had gone to closing much faster than expected! I would highly recommend Lily for anyone seeking to sell or buy a home and we will surely use her services again when we are ready to buy.

Chas and Jeanette are an awesome team! After we were unsuccessful in selling our home with another realtor we were contacted by Chas requesting that we give them a chance. After our initial meeting we knew right away that these were the people we wanted to work with. They are very knowledge and professional but at the same time down to earth and friendly. They were always quick to respond when contacted and even took our calls after hours and on the weekend. Once our home was under contract they were always proactive and kept us updated regularly as to what was going on. There were a few bumps in the road towards closing but with their patience and reassurance it all worked out. We could not be happier with the experience we had with The Burdick Team and will definitely utilize them when we are ready to purchase our new home next year.

We were amazed at how helpful Kelli was with our house hunting and home purchasing. During the closing process Kelli kept us well informed of all happenings even though we were out of state.
