We contacted Shannon last minute (we were scheduled to leave town) and requested her to view several properties in the Northport area. Shannon was able to schedule six properties for us to view in a very short period of time. She listened to our wants and needs and wasn't pushy at all. We found a home that met our needs and Shannon followed through with the purchase. Once the sale was agreed upon, Shannon provided us useful information for local utilities, inspections, insurance, etc. She was so willing to help accommodate all aspects a home purchase (from a distance). We enjoyed and appreciated working with Shannon and will use her in the future and definitely recommend her to others.

I started looking to move south from upstate NY in the spring of 2019. I was contacted by Lily through Zillow and got the process started. Lily listened to what my interests were in a home, lifestyle, and location(s). When I was finally able to get to Florida to meet Lily, she had a number of properties identified for me to look at. I am not a person who makes quick decisions, especially on a home purchase. However, Lily did such an outstanding job preparing a list of properties to visit, we were able to zero in on what I was interested in, found an ideal condo, made an offer and set up a closing date all within 4 days of my arrival in Florida. Lily is very knowledgeable regarding real estate in the area, she helped me understand the nuances of purchasing real estate in Florida and guided me through the entire process. I have now been living in my new home for almost a month and thanks to Lily I am extremely happy with the purchase and move. Tracy and Matt go above and beyond for their clients - even driving a family member to the DMV! Really! We appreciated how Tracy knew the area and helped us use the comps to identify the best sale price for our property - then sold it in one day at that very price! Amazing work! We were always kept well-informed by Tracy and Matt - they are professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends!

Matt and Tracy were wonderful. I was selling a property from out of state. Matt and Tracy handled so many details for me that went "above and beyond": meeting consignment people at the house for furniture pickup, arranging for the last odds and ends of furniture to be donated and picked up, and making sure the house was ready to turn over to the new owners. This saved me an expensive trip and provided me with peace of mind. Throughout the process I worked mostly with Tracy. She was warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through each offer efficiently but with attention to detail. It was clear to me that Tracy knew the ropes and I was in good hands. I couldn't have made a better choice and would highly recommend working with Matt and Tracy.
