My situation was a bit unique in that I had a limited budget. Kelly took me to about 2 dozen homes, which included condos, townhouses and villas. I initially felt I was wasting Kelly's time but she made it very clear the time she spent with me was valuable. I was her client and she was always available to view homes when I asked. Kelly taught me how to read the listings so I didn't waste time looking at homes that were in flood zones, or places that had HOA fees which would adversely affect the bottom line. When we walked into a home, Kelly stood back and let me take everything in without interjecting her thoughts, until I asked. There were of course some situations Kelly remarked immediately when the situation was warranted. There was the home that had sustained obvious water damage that ruined the floor in the living room, or the outside structure of the home that showed years of water damage. Kelly always viewed the electrical panel, water heater, Air Conditioner, roof and other items a buyer might not think to consider. When we found my new home, we were both a bit awestruck at how beautiful and clean it was. Kelly was as excited as me. She said after you have experienced enough bad situations (and there were many), that one special place will appear. She never lost enthusiasm and said the right house would come along, it might just take some time and she gave me all the time I needed. I gained enormous knowledge about buying a house, but I am most grateful that I also gained an incredible friend in Kelly. Thank you...I love my HOUSE!

Stephanie is so pleasant and knowledgeable about the local market and discerned immediately what type of home we wanted to find. Trying to find a house from several states away is not easy. This lady did not go the extra mile -- she went the extra ten miles! She surveyed a ton of homes for us, selected the very best matches, sent videos she’d taken of each home and scheduled a tour for the few days we would be visiting. Every home fit our criteria to a “T.” Stephanie has guided us through three real estate transactions, one for my sister and another for my cousin. Stephanie Slavick is by far the best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with. 2014, 2019, 2020 Stephanie is a GENIUS when it comes to negotiations. She knows exactly what is important with the give-and-take in any situation, and can explain each little detail. She understands the psychology of the buyer and seller, their motivations and the best “win-win” answers in any sticky situation. Stephanie has really good connections to people in construction (roofing, general contacting, etc.), inspections, mortgage loans of every type, insurance – you name it, if it has to be done for your deal, she has really good people to recommend.
