Eric was amazing in selling my vacant land in Florida. He was very knowledgeable of marketing my land. He worked endless hours. He never had a time frame of when he was available to answer questions. He was always providing information about other land comparable to mine in the same area that went up for sale, or sold. He was very patient with me and very kind. He gave good advice on how much I should list my property for and also when I should reduce the price. It sold in just a little over 2 months.
