Eric is totally knowledgeable and completely transparent in his deadline and communication with you from beginning to end. He is beyond patient. Never talks down to you just because you may not understand how things work. He listens to what you say, then goes on to provide you with everything you asked for: In other words, he HEARS you which is a rarity in today's world. Eric his above and beyond being an agent, he is a consummate and caring human being. My home was destroyed by Helene, I was injured, with nothing but the clothes on my back. No car, no telephone, no home. I expected the agent would just say, Sorry, then disappear until I contacted him. That was NOT the case with this person. Let it suffice to say, I'M 74, I still work, this was a crushing blow to me emotionally and financially. As this was to so many people, but I quickly learned about my "Agent". This person not only stayed in touch with me but he personally started tearing into the mess and shambles that was left of my home and belongings. I was flabbergasted! This went on everyday until it was done, then he asked if I wanted to sell it as is. I thought he was kidding, but NO, he was serious. He reworked my MLS listing showing before and after pictures and hit an amazing offer for the property and it closed in two weeks. I didn't make enough money to buy another house, but it's enough to keep my head above water until my flood insurance pays. Keilyn Fix Solis did an outstanding job in locating the perfect home for us. She is efficient, effective and caring. She worked with us during about 2 years when we began our search, although she understood that we first needed to sell our home in another country before relocating to Florida. She was patient with us during all those months, as we looked for the "unicorn" type of home we desired - one suitable for multi-generational living. A home in the best location and at the right price for us.
