Great Experience

Joe helped my family purchase a home in Florida recently and made the process very smooth and straightforward. After showing us several homes he spent a considerable amount of time asking us questions on what we liked about each home and why. This really helped us hone in on the home that was best for us. Joe didn’t try to steer us in one direction or another. We had competition on our offer and Joe went to great lengths to figure out what we needed to do in order to get the deal and ultimately got us the deal at our original offer amount. He made the process up until close very easy and his inspection team was the most thorough inspection team I’ve ever worked with (have gone through this process many times in the past few years).
