We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. I can’t remember how many homes we saw in total (both virtually while still out-of-state and once in Orlando), but she found the one for us! When she initially presented it to us, it was not a choice we would have considered on our own, but she assured us it was worth checking out. So glad we trusted her better judgment! What we appreciated most was Marilin’s calm and patient disposition. We at times let the stress of house hunting and relocating get the best of us, but Marilin was so understanding and empathetic throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions, took all of our calls, and responded to all of our text messages in a friendly and professional manner. We knew we were not her only clients, but she never missed a beat with us. We bought a for sale by owner house, so we dealt directly with the homeowners. Marilin was always there to mediate between us — during the initial (and second) viewing, the inspection, the follow-up repairs, and the virtual signing of the closing documents.
