Colin was well prepared from the beginning with documents and information. He is friendly and professional and gave insightful comments on the house and neighborhood. He is resourceful and helped me find house cleaners, trekked to Home Depot to get me supplies needed for home improvement and just basically went out of his way to make sure that my experience was seamless and productive. He priced the house well and it sold for full asking price in 48-hours. Afterwards, I got routine, unsolicited updates on the progress of the closing. In short, I highly recommend Colin if you are looking for an attentive and experienced realtor who likes his job and works hard for the money.
