•We first met Ron Goldstein in 2021 when we were trying to sell our property on our own (FSBO). He came to one of our open houses, we gave him a tour, then he asked if we minded if he walked around on his own while Facetiming with an out-of-state client. Within a few days, Ron sent us a legit offer, which was certainly within the range of negotiating to a final sale. However, we declined after deciding on a new 3–5-year plan – to hold onto the property and rent it as a waterfront vacation home, which went very well, by the way. Even though we only had that brief interaction, Ron friended me on Facebook, I accepted. On a regular basis, I saw his posts, which were always so upbeat, full of fun, and not necessarily intended as “work with me” commercial posts. This spring, when we decided to execute our 3-year plan, we reached out to Ron to be our listing realtor for our property on St. Pete Beach. He met us at our property, provided minor suggestions to enhance how our property "presented," and had several comps ready for our review. What a great decision to list our property with Ron. Once we made the decision to sell, we simply hoped for a rapid sale and easy process. Ron scheduled his photographer on a Friday, our property was listed the next afternoon, our first showing was on Monday morning, we had an acceptable cash offer on Tuesday, and an agreement on Wednesday. Talk about quick. Then the rest of the process began, which was smooth and flawless. Ron communicated with us constantly, via phone, text, and email. Our closing was EXACTLY four weeks after photos were taken. The whole process was quick and painless. Ron is a great professional who I would recommend to anyone. Besides professional, he has a wonderful, outgoing, and upbeat personality. Our only regret in having our property sold so quickly, is that our interaction with Ron has ended on a professional basis, though we look forward to connecting on a friendly basis. Hats off to Ron! THANK YOU!
