•Mick was the realtor who was working with the sellers of the home that we recently purchased. He was pretty awesome. Mick has a pretty full plate, but he still made sure we were able to get everything resolved that we requested in the offer. The best part is, we had some plumbing issues about 3 days after closing. Now, the house is ours, so therefore it's on us to get it fixed. However, because the warranty hadn't kicked in yet and they were issues that no one could have known about (including the home inspector) Mick sent a plumber out to take care of the issues for us. He ended up having to come out a couple of times, but the issue was finally resolved and didn't cost us a penny. That shows how much Mick cares about properties that he sells. We really appreciate the hard work Mick put in during the home buying process!
