•Everybody says that home buying is a stressful process, and while it definitely was at times, working with Jay helped mitigate a lot of that stress. Jay was great. My husband and I were first time home buyers and spent an entire year trying to purchase a home in a very competitive housing market. Jay was patient and responsive and, no matter what he was doing, made time to see houses with us. When we finally found the house we wanted, Jay expertly coached us through the offering and negotiating process. He respnded to each one of my anxious notes with a confidence that gave my husband and I a lot of comfort. Once our offer was accepted, he recommended lawyers, plumbers, electricians... I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Jay.
